Material thickness: 0.4-1.5mm black steel / 0.4-1.5mm galvanized steel or color steel / 0.4-1.0mm copper / 0.4-1.5mm aluminum

Totally 8 processing steps, and 14 sets of moulds needed, each one second is needed for the oil pressure to work one time. And 3 seconds are needed for the punching machine, so the capacity is about 90 pieces/h, suggest to product in quantity, at least 1000 pieces for each shaft.
